Emma is our wonderful Deputy Manager at Maple Cross, supporting Anna in leading this fantastic team. She holds a Level 3 qualification and has been part of the Footsteps family for 7 years, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a host of happy families from many years in childcare. Emma loves her role and is especially passionate about engaging with the children, helping them to grow, develop in confidence, and flourish during their time with us.
