The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant qualification of Level 3 or above and have 2 or more years’ experience within a senior role beneficial but not essential.

The position will be working 7.30am – 4.15pm Monday to Friday Term time only.
Pay will be negotiable and dependant on experience and qualifications.

Nursery Practitioner (Chalfont St Peter)

The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant qualification of Level 2 or above and have 2 or more years’ experience in a baby room setting.

The position will be working 7.45am – 6.00pm (8 hour shifts) Monday to Friday (non-term time role).
Pay will be negotiable and dependant on experience and qualifications.

Bank Staff

We are currently looking for childcare practitioners to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, caring and happy to work as part of a team, but also equally as happy to work on their own. You will have your own key group of children that you will get to know.

Pay will be dependent on age, experience and qualifications. As part of the role, we would like our successful candidates to:

  • Adhere to and have a good understanding of all policies and procedures for the nursery
  • Act as a Key worker for children
  • Relevant Level 2/3 Qualification
  • Plan effectively for children
  • Work as a team, be honest, trustworthy and communicate effectively
  • Have a good understanding of the Welfare requirements
  • Care and educate the children in the setting to the best of your ability
  • Implement and take account of health and safety, safeguarding and any special educational needs
  • Be willing to attend training courses
  • Be an active input in staff meetings
  • Be a role model to other team members
  • Work effectively with parents and other professionals that may attend the setting
