Footsteps Pre-School Graduations: A Celebration of New Beginnings

At Footsteps, we believe in celebrating every milestone in our children’s educational journey. This week, our families, staff and children gathered for a heartfelt ceremony marking a significant step in our little learners’ lives: their graduation from pre-school to “big school.”

The events across our Footsteps sites were a mix of emotions as we said goodbye to our children. Parents, beaming with pride, filled the seats, eager to witness this special moment. The events were made even more special with huge efforts from our teams as graduation banners and colorful balloons reflected the excitement of the new adventures ahead.

Our young graduates, took center stage to receive personalised certificates and gifts, a symbol of their hard work, growth, and readiness for the challenges of primary school. It was a touching moment, watching the kids’ faces light up as they were called up one by one, their families applauding with enthusiasm.

After the formalities, the celebrations continued with a celebratory picnic and families enjoyed a variety of delicious snacks and treats. The children, full of energy and excitement, played games and took part in activities with their families.

The event was not only a celebration of the children’s achievements but also a testament to the strong, supportive community in every location that Footsteps has cultivated. Parents mingled, shared laughs, and reflected on the memories created, while staff were able to be recognised for their unwavering dedication and care.

We are incredibly proud of our graduates and grateful to the parents and families for their continued support. We know that while this chapter has come to an end, a new and exciting one is just beginning. We wish our graduates all the best as they step into their new schools, ready to learn, explore, and thrive.
