Summer is on at Oving

It’s been a fantastic first term at our new site at Oving and we can’t believe that it is already time to say goodbye for the summer!

With sorting, role play, colour matching, zip-lining, climbing, sticking, painting, self-portraits, cutting, counting and making and creating friendships, our children have gone from strength to strength as they form the confident new team Footsteps. We have been so busy time has really flown, and now the sun is out so we can enjoy our last few days outside.

As well as learning about months and seasons we have certainly been experiencing all weathers.  From torrential rain to glorious sunshine we have been making the most of all our setting has to offer! We have been busy preparing the allotments and looking after all of our wildlife as we made bird feeders.  We have been on some lovely walks to our orchard, learning about all the trees and have enjoyed watching the children run freely in our beautiful outside space.

We are looking forward to welcoming lots of new children in September and already planning all the amazing adventures we will have!
