Walking in an Autumn Wonderland

At our Chalfont site we are exceptionally lucky to have access to lots of open space to undertake our forest school activities.  Autumn brings an abundance of nature for the children to explore, inspiring colours and wildlife.  We have been busy making the most of some if the Autumn sunshine, and the children have been enjoying our nature walks.

They have been busy collecting lots of items for our nature table, encouraging lots of discussions.  It has been fantastic to see how much the children have been enjoying collecting leaves, plants and finding joy in the simple things that can be found in our local area.  The fresh air always means they are more than ready for our autumn produce inspired lunches too!
